The North-West Tasmanian Veterans Welfare Board aims to connect veterans and their families to existing support services and organisations. Board president Andrew Clarke said it would target four key areas: administrative support, health support, veteran support and family support. Dr Clarke said the organisation was “very much in our infancy” and a lot of work still needed to be done before it was up and running.
